I understand and agree that:• South African Conversations cannot be held liable for any damages, losses or claims arising from Community Conversations events. • I participate at my own risk, and South African Conversations is not responsible for unforeseen circumstances, including cancellations, disruptions or incidents. • Payment for my services depends on securing an Advertising Partner. I may choose to postpone or proceed with an event without charging for my services. • Payments to me depend on the advertiser paying their invoice. South African Conversations bears no liability for unpaid earnings or financial losses resulting from advertiser non-payment. • I release South African Conversations from any claims, liabilities or damages related to my role and participation in this collaboration.
